PRH has been organized to provide superior, first-class hospitality by organizing a poker social club in the State of Texas. Poker, Texas Hold’em and the variants (Omaha, Pineapple, Hi-Lo, Razz) are community card games where players play against players, a sport. Versus a house banked game like blackjack where the player is playing against the house. This type of game is allowed in some Texas jurisdictions.
PRH makes revenue by charging a membership fee and a seat time for the poker games. In the future, possibly, PRH will be able to offer other, non-house banked games, and finite pool games displayed on a computer screen, a slot machine.
The partners have successful experience in these business spaces which allow them to more accurately assess the challenges, needs, and opportunities available in Texas.
PRH has consulted with an experienced gaming attorney practicing in Texas. An engagement with said attorney has been arranged and is forthcoming.
A location has been identified and is currently under review.
